Polystyrene sandwich panel is mainly made of polystyrene, which is an excellent low thermal conductivity raw material, and then extruded to form a compact honeycomb structure, which effectively prevents heat conduction. The thermal conductivity of polystyrene board has the characteristics of high thermal resistance and low linear expansion rate. The thermal conductivity is much lower than other insulation materials.

Eps foam has high compressive strength, it has great bearing capacity and good impact resistance.

Superior water and moisture resistance: Polystyrene foam has a closed cell structure, the molecular structure of polystyrene itself does not absorb water, and there is no gap on both sides of the eps board, so eps panel has the low water absorption and excellent moisture-proof and impermeability.

The polystyrene foam board has small density coefficient, good impact resistance and sufficient capacity to buffer the external impact force by changing and restoring the shape.

But please note that eps wall panel is just a fire retardant insulation panel which reachs B grade, it is not a fire-proof material.
