Clean room is also called clean workshop, or dust-free clean room. It refers to an environment with low pollution level. The pollution sources here include dust, airborne microorganisms, suspended particles, and chemical volatile gases. More precisely, a clean room has a controlled pollution level, which can be determined by the number of particles per cubic meter or the maximum particle size. Low level cleanrooms are usually not disinfected (e.g. there are no controlled microorganisms) and are more concerned about airborne dust. Both of machined made sandwich panel and handmade sandwich panel can be used as wall panels and ceiling panels for clean room panels, difference is their installation way and the selling price, handmade type clean room panel will cost higher then mechanical one.

Machined made sandwich panel has its fixed width, but handmade sandwich panel have a flexible width as project need from 200-1180mm, which will save construction time on site.
