Rockwool Sandwich Panel

Rockwool sandwich panel has excellent fireproof performance, heat insulation and remarkable sound absorption effect. Rockwool sandwich panel is widely used in steel structure workshop, roof and wall of modular houses, ceiling and partition of clean room, and it is also widely used in drying channel of large or medium painting lines, oven, paint baking room, tunnel furnace with high fire and heat insulation requirements.

The thermal conductivity of different rock wool products varies with bulk density and temperature, which is mainly due to the different proportion of heat transfer in three ways of heat conduction, convection and radiation of rock wool products with large porosity.

No matter in the field of construction or other industries, the non-flammability of materials is very important. The concept of incombustibility means that the sample does not burn in any sense under a 650 ℃ furnace test under given test conditions.

The maximum use temperature of rock wool refers to the maximum temperature allowed for long-term use. The softening point of rock wool fiber is 900-1000 ℃, which will not change after long-term use at 600 ℃. Rock wool products will not occur deliquescence even use long-term in wet conditions because of its good chemical stability, due to the additional water repellent, rock wool products almost do not absorb water. According to JISA9512-1979 method, its hydrophobicity is more than 99%.
