Clean room workshop is commonly known as dust-free workshop, purification workshop which main principle is to eliminate the pollutants such as particles, harmful air and bacteria in the air within a certain space, and control the indoor temperature and humidity, cleanliness, indoor pressure, air velocity and air distribution, noise and vibration, lighting and static electricity within the required range.
It is mainly to accurately control the cleanliness, temperature and humidity, improve the working environment and improve the yield of products.
The dust free workshop mainly includes three links related to the design, construction and operation management.
Quality comes from the clean room design which is the core. The construction of clean room is different from general construction projects, including enclosure structure; air conditioning purification system; power supply, automatic control and weak current system; pure water, special gas and material supply system; waste gas and wastewater treatment system and related facilities.
Operation management includes real-time testing, personnel training and equipment maintenance to ensure that the controlled production and research environment continues to meet the requirements.
Operation management includes real-time detection, personnel training and equipment maintenance to ensure that the controlled production and scientific research environment continues to meet the requirements.
Clean room project is to filter and improve the air quality, temperature and humidity in the environment mainly through some cleaning and ventilation management devices.
It is mainly applied in many precision industries like operating rooms in hospitals, intensive care units, PCR laboratories and other important places.
The dust free room has the performance of maintaining the cleanliness, temperature, humidity and pressure originally set regardless of the change of external air conditions.
Different clean room projects have different purposes and use, but they mainly composed of the following parts:
Enclosure structure system: it is simply three parts: clean room ceiling, clean room wall and clean room flooring, that is, the six surfaces constituting the three-dimensional confined space. It still includes doors and windows, aluminum decorative arc etc.;
Air duct system: including supply air, return air, fresh air, exhaust duct, terminal and control device;
Air conditioning system: including cold (hot) water unit (including water pump, cooling tower, etc.), pipeline, combined purification air conditioning box (including mixed flow section, initial effect section, heating section, refrigeration section, dehumidification section, pressurization section, medium effect section, static pressure section, etc.);
Automatic control system: includes temperature control, air volume and pressure control, opening sequence and time control, etc.;
Electrical system: lighting, power and weak current, including purification lamps, sockets, electrical cabinets, lines, monitoring, telephone and other strong and weak current systems;
Water supply and drainage system: water supply and drainage pipelines, facilities and control devices;
Air filtration system: purification equipment such as high-efficiency filter, ultraviolet lamp, air shower, pass box, ultra clean workbench, interconnection lock and other purification auxiliary equipment.
The cleanliness level of dust free workshop: level 100 > level 1000 > level 10000 > level 100000 > level 300000, that is to say, the smaller the value, the higher the purification level, the higher the cleanliness, and the higher the cost.
With the rapid development of clean room industry, dust free workshop has been widely used in all walks of life in high-tech industries such as microelectronics, optical and magnetic technology, bio-engineering, electronic instruments, precision instruments, aerospace, food industry, cosmetics industry, scientific research and teaching.
Dust free workshops of various sizes and different cleanliness levels play an increasingly important role in various industries. Here are some examples:
Biological manufacturing
Bio pharmaceutical factories not only have high equipment costs, complex production processes, high requirements for cleanliness and sterility, but also have strict requirements for the quality of production personnel.
There will be potential biological hazards in the production process, mainly including : infection risk, toxicity, sensitization and other biological reactions of dead bacteria or dead cells and components or metabolism to human body and other organisms, toxicity, sensitization and other biological reactions of products, and environmental effects.
Biological manufacturing needs a clean area which a room (area) needs to control dust particles and microbial pollution in the environment. Its building structure and clean equipment can prevent the introduction, generation and retention of pollutants in the area.
Food industry
Food safety and hygiene are mainly controlled in three aspects:
First is to control the standardized operation of production personnel;
Second is to control the external environmental pollution (establish a relatively clean operation space);
Third is to eliminate the source of procurement and the raw materials of problematic products.
The area of the food production workshop shall adapt to the production with reasonable layout and smooth drainage.
Clean Laboratory
Clean laboratories are divided into ordinary clean laboratories and bio safety laboratories.
The experiment conducted in the ordinary clean laboratory is not infectious, but the environment is required to have no adverse impact on the experiment itself. Therefore, there are no protective facilities in the laboratory, and the cleanliness must meet the experimental requirements.
Bio safety laboratory is a biological laboratory with primary protection facilities and secondary protection. Bio safety laboratories are needed for scientific experiments in the fields of Microbiology, bio medicine, functional experiments and gene recombination.
When do the maintenance job for a dust free workshop, please notes that:
1. Do not accumulate into a dead corner that is not easy to clean.
2. It is necessary not only to remove dust, but also to ensure that no new micro dust is brought in and generated in the process of dust removal.
3. The cleaning work should be thorough, not just the cleaning on the ground, but all-round cleaning and filtration.
